All right, report baru gw dari Seattle,
U know What, (bukan u know who) di Seattle these days, People started to realize that their life style is not really healthy, khususnya mengenai food n stuff. Nowadays in Seattle Seattle (sejauh yg gw tau) bermunculan toko2 yang menjual produk pangan Organic (which mean really Organic, no chemical fertilizer, etc) bahkan mesti disertifikasi sm USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).
Their Progress dari tahun ketahun lumayan pesat, dan mulai beranjak bukan hanya pupuk kimia saja, but recently they banned GM (genetically modified), dan hormon pertumbuhan pada sapi dan binatang ternak lainnya. Ayam yg diternakkan sekarang juga harus free range (roam freely instead of being contained in cage) for Organic and "free range" certificate
Langkah yg (IMHO) bener2 bijak untuk menyiasati pola hidup "kurang sehat" selama ini

PS. Aryo, I just did a persuasive speech in my comm applications class about Food Safety in the US. haha.
We have to be more careful monitoring our own food because according to the Centers for Disease Control, 300,000 people are hospitalized and 5,000 people die as a result of unsafety food every year in the US !

yow yow yow..this is EM alias Muhammad (aslinya dari aceh, sekarang di NM). ngomong2 masalah environment, em disini ngambil kelas campus sustainability and recycling. they are really exciting classes and they have engaged me to take environmental studies in college combined with economics. I think this combination will help me in pursuing my future plan to create a business to overcome masalah polusi di indo, terutama masalah sungai2 di JKT...hehehehe..anwayz..ini yang ngepost comment anak2 GFA semua ya? where are ma fellaz from Indonesia?

BTW Finally, Weather report says that tomorrow would be a (hopefully) snowy day for Seattle (yai!!)
Oya, Seattle, even though located in northwest, jarang banget dapet Salju tiap tahunnya cuz our temperature is not so cold (probably between 20's - 40's F in Winter).
At least we got 2 - 3 days of snow but rarely more than that. But this year we already got 3 days!! Hopefully there gonna be more soon.. ^^

ngiri euy buat yang pada tinggal di wiolayah yang temperature nya diatas 32an,.... belakangan Chicago emang agak anget,..but that was out of normal temperature,... biasanya chicago 20an or lower.

Kuliah associate dah beres,... ditawarin ma dosen espanol gw ntuk stay di kelas dia ampe pulang,..dah mulai packing,..Indonesia I'm coming. Honey,..I'm home! other than that kecapekan aja habis ngurusin seminar ESQnya ari ginanjar di Chicago. Tg; 26 ngehadirin award,..mayan buat nambah nambahin resume.

today was the best sunday tacoma has had in FOREVER!
nice sunny day, and everyone from town went out for a walk on the waterfront. including me.
as a result, calculus homework and US history research paper remain untouched...
huah,..sudah mau pulang kok pengeluaran buanyak banget yah? duuh tabungan akikeh habis deeeh. Belakangan gw lagi keranjingan beli alat2 kompi,...komputer gw gw setel pake spek terbaru,.... beli alat2 terbagus,...mumpung bisa beli di amrik. I can't believe when i heard that the laptops in indonesia cost people around 1200,..Gubrak!!!and just few months left,...i can;t wait to see my GF again,....after so loong never seen her,......three years bow gak balik2,...kangennya khan indescribable,...

BTW kemaren di Seattle turun salju (seperti yg gw harapkan) but endingnya ga seperti yg gw harepin T_T
After 5 hours full of snow, the temperature was dropped until 20 degree Fahrenheit. The next morning, jalanan udah full sm yg namanya ES!!
akibatnya, School around Seattle banyak yg late Start (masuknya boleh telat) and I heard something about incidents, you know, because of slippery Ice and reckless driver who still drive their car with "incredible" speed
HUAAAH Winter ni makin aneh aja,... Tommorrow (Sabtu 19 Jan 2008), the temperature will plunged down into 4 Fahrenheit alias -15.5555556 degrees Celsius. But there will be wind gust up to 3o Mile per hour that will make the temperature feel even more colder,...so with the windchill diperkirakan suhu di Chicago bakalan berasa sampe -30F alias -34.4444444 degrees Celsius kalo ada yang mau ke Chicago hari sabtu/minggu ni, mendingan diundur sampe senin dimana suhunya agak lumayan, cuman 10F alias -12.2222222 degrees Celsius.
so my suggestion is... STAY WARM, STAY AT YOUR HOME and LIMIT YOUR ACTIVITIES OUTDOOR

Hey guys, Greetings from DC!
Thanks to everybody who join and write something on this blog. But I think you SHOULD write more. Seriously, I'd recommend and encourage each one of u to take the max advantage of using this blog as a media to express your points of view, thoughts, bright ideas (which I know that they're already part of you), or even to inspire people on the other side of the globe, who knows? Like, in particular, our beloved country, Indonesia.
